The number one reason I am single, have always been single (lol I’m still a couple of months shy of 18) and will remain single for the foreseeable future:

I will only want to date my best friend.

Because, while it’s important to have a best friend outside a relationship, your significant other is supposed to be the one you want to tell everything first, the only you always want to be around, the one who knows how to deal with your worst moods and how to make you laugh, no?

So, until I meet someone who is both my best friend and better, I am going to be happily single.
